Samsung 85" Q90C Not Streaming Some Apps

I have a Samsung 85" Class QN90 series NEO QLED Smart TV. For the last couple weeks, Peacock, Sling and Hulu do not work. The menus will load, but when I try to stream content I either get a 8-702 Loading error (Sling) or it just returns me to the menu. YouTube live events also do not work. Netflix and Prime work fine, and it works fine on my older Samsung TV.

I have tried everything! Uninstall/reinstall the apps, clear cache, factory reset, resetting my network within the TV menu and also my internet router itself. Nothing has worked! This is very frustrating, I have seen a few other mentions of this issue with no good resolution. Is anyone else having this problem? Any good solution out there? Not sure what else to do at this point...

We are having the same issue. Netflix and Prime work fine. Sling, Disney, Paramount, and Hulu are not playing videos. The apps load just fine. When I select a program to watch the commercials on Hulu, Paramount, and sling will play but the it freezes when the program should start. I have a QN85QN90AAFXZA.

Same issue with my QN90C. It started for multiple streaming apps when Samsung OS upgraded automatically to v2011.

Tried all options mentioned in this post and two very long sessions with Samsung support. Nothing works. Resorted to using an old Roku stick.

Samsung tried to blame the streaming apps. But this happens on multiple apps and started when latest Tizen OS upgrade was pushed.

I am having the exact same issue and just spent all say texting Samsung support, now they want to send a tech but I see that is useless too.

I had the issues on both my 75ā€ and 43ā€ QN90A. I was so upset with the 75ā€. I ended up finding a way to exchange it for QN90C which doesnā€™t seem to have the problem. However the 43ā€ QN90A in my bedroom still has the issue. It started with Peacock, then Disney+, and now Paramount+. But Max Netflix and Prime stream just fine.

I work in IT so I tried every troubleshooting step I could think of from resetting the TV even trying three different Internet connections. They try to blame it on the Internet or the app, but itā€™s definitely an issue with Tizen.

My gut tells me itā€™s because of the way these apps are published. I would put money that Peacock Disney+ in Paramount+ updated their app for the newest version of tizen, which is probably not compatible with later models I.E Tizen v7 and back. it looks like Prime and Netflix took the time to code their apps right because theyā€™re sort of embedded in the TV.

Same issue as many others.  Sling app not loading on 85qn90c TV. When will this be fixed?

It's kind of pathetic that this thread is marked "solved" with no actual solution.  I contacted the moderator and still haven't heard anything back.  Par for the course for Samsung support.
