QLED and The Frame TVs

Hello! going crazy. Had old LED Samsung for 10 years, no issues. sound went and replacing and having massive problems! please help. bear with me.... I am in NYC, spectrum DVR box, Roku device-all connected via HDMI. before i go on-this exact setup was with the old tv with no issues, so i am ruling out defective Other equipment. I bought the F6000 LED, tried the 8F QLED and i cannot get a good consitent picture no matter what i do..... spent hours fiddling with all the controls, remote sessions with samsung, calls to Rouk an Spectrum--here is the issue

1)once i set picture colors. lets says a local news channel-going from channel to channel colors vary widely. some bluish, some reddish, some higher saturation. not normal

2)EACH ONE OF these tvs is ALREADY set to 50 (highest setting) on brightness and contrast-why???? this is not normal on a monitor.. usually there is some room to Increase brightness. SO, network tv (normal NBC shows) are ridiculously dark, muddy no matter what i do!!! got a little better when i changed out of AUTO for the HD, 1080 setting.but for streaming ROKU--is terrible. really dark.

ANY suggestions?????   one tv cost 200 the other 600... the LED one actually was slightly better. but this make no sense. it is 2025, technology so much more advanced.... so what do think is going on????

THANKS TO ANYONE WHO CAN HELP..

Good afternoon and welcome to the community @JMNYC! I can understand how frustrating this is and am delighted to assist you 🙂  Have you tried changing the HDMI cord to a different one and get the same results? I would also suggest unplugging everything and trying a picture test.  You can do a picture test by doing the following: Settings> Support> Device Care>Self Diagnosis> Picture Test.

If the picture is still messed up, the TV will require service. Please let us know how the troubleshooting steps work out for you!

hi thanks for replying.  the HDMI cord was used prior to setting up tv with no issues and is a new cord. trying to eliminate issues one by one. the picture test looked good. two questions-are there issues with ROKU device and samsung tv? streaming does look worse. and 2)why are the samsung tv's set on the HIGHEST brightness and contrast where you cannot brighten? this isn't how any other tv or monitor comes out of the box....  Also i had the Q8F and same issue so it isn't the tv....
