QLED and The Frame TVsFollowed the Samsung website instructions on how to delete an app and reinstall. I deleted my Xfinity app because of continuing problems (after hitting the reinstall option first) and now cannot reinstall it. I have no search button on the right upper corner and no app store choice to be able to reinstall it. Basically I am now paying for Xfinity which I can no longer get. I am leary of hitting the reset for the TV because directions say it will go back to the factory settings and I will have to reinstall my apps that I currently use like Netflix. I am afraid to do that since I didn't have any luck finding the Xfinity app after I deleted it. Any ideas? I read through the replies from Samsung on a previous posting but the suggested solutions, short of a whole reset, did not work for me or the other people that had posted.

QLED and The Frame TVsI never use the smart functions or apps from a TV. It is much better to use a streaming device, apps get updated regularly because they are coming from the Playstore.
Do yourself a favor and get the Walmart Onn Google TV Pro. It is amazing

QLED and The Frame TVsActually I called Samsung, talked to a guy named Chris and he reset it at his end so it works now. Thanks for the walmart suggestion but I am going to return the one you suggested. I was able to get my Xfinity app back after he reset it at his end through the search button but I did not try to get any other apps so not sure if my TV would work for that or not. I'm just happy to get the app I needed back. The number I called was 1-800-726-7864
