QLED and The Frame TVsI placed an order on March 2nd and cancelled it on March 3rd. My order status has been "Cancel Initiated" since. I've reached out to customer service several times and it's always "Someone will reach out within 48 hours". Finally, today I'm told that I cannot cancel the order and delivery needs to be refused. This seems quite inefficient, especially since I'm not supposed to receive the order until the end of the month. Has anyone had success with actually getting an order cancelled?

QLED and The Frame TVs@userom6Zd6xUHY I've cancelled orders before with no issue. I think it probably depends on how far the order has progressed when you decide to cancel.
