TV keeps freezing and stopping apps

So I have a 65 inch Samsung TV and the apps keep freezing and turning off and then I have to restart the shows again I have. Restarted the TV and everything else.  What can I do.

Try doing a cold boot as per the link below.

If that doesn't work, do a factory reset and then setup your TV from start (Like A New TV)
