Purchased above TV  in December 2024, I cannot get the Samsung TV plus to work ...Is this discontinued ?

I recommend following the advice of BrĆ¼ZZi. Also give this link a shot. http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10000062/. If neither of these do the trick, I recommend a return visit to your retailer regarding this.

Try These:

1) Check your internet connection and make sure it's stable.


2) Unplug the power cable for few minutes then plug it back.


3) Change DNS Settings to 8888

ā€¢ Click The Left Directional Button ā‰»
ā€¢ Settings ā‰»
ā€¢ All Settings ā‰»
ā€¢ Network ā‰»
ā€¢ All Settings ā‰»
ā€¢ Network Status ā‰»
ā€¢ IP Settings ā‰»
ā€¢ At DNS Settings:
Choose Enter Manually ā‰»
ā€¢ Enter 8888 ā‰»
ā€¢ Press Done ā‰»
ā€¢ Turn TV Off/On Again.
