1) Check your internet connection and make sure it's stable.
2) Unplug the power cable for few minutes then plug it back.
3) Change DNS Settings to 8888
• Press The Home Icon ≻
• Click The Left Directional Button ≻
• Settings ≻
• All Settings ≻
• Network ≻
• All Settings ≻
• Network Status ≻
• IP Settings ≻
• At DNS Settings:
Choose Enter Manually ≻
• Enter 8888 ≻
• Press Done ≻
• Turn TV Off/On Again.

I recommend following the advice of BrüZZi. Also give this link a shot. http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10000062/. If neither of these do the trick, I recommend a return visit to your retailer regarding this.
