LED and OLED TVs
> TV Model: QN65Q60CDFXZA Software: Latest available After the most recent TV firmware update, the YouTube app no longer works. When launching YouTube, the screen goes black, then exits after ~1 minute and displays โNetwork Error.โ Internet connection is confirmed working. All other apps (Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, etc.) function normally. TV is connected to AT&T Internet Air (IPv6 forced ON). There is no option on this model to disable IPv6. This appears to be an IPv6 compatibility issue between the YouTube app and Samsung firmware. Power cycling, Smart Hub reset, and app reinstall do not permanently resolve the issue. Please escalate to engineering โ this is reproducible and affects Q60C models.

Have you done the very simple things of going in and clearing its cache and or deleting the program and reinstalling it? Used TVs work the same way phones and tablets do if things don't tend to work after an update you usually have to do a clearing or a complete reinstall and then they usually work

Turns out I cannot toggle IPV6 off with my TV nor my specific router. If I could toggle to IPV4 I could play YouTube. Chat GPT insures that I haven't tried all options and must wait for a update.
