LED and OLED TVs
> TV Model: QN65Q60CDFXZA Software: Latest available After the most recent TV firmware update, the YouTube app no longer works. When launching YouTube, the screen goes black, then exits after ~1 minute and displays “Network Error.” Internet connection is confirmed working. All other apps (Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, etc.) function normally. TV is connected to AT&T Internet Air (IPv6 forced ON). There is no option on this model to disable IPv6. This appears to be an IPv6 compatibility issue between the YouTube app and Samsung firmware. Power cycling, Smart Hub reset, and app reinstall do not permanently resolve the issue. Please escalate to engineering — this is reproducible and affects Q60C models.
