Some of the channels on Samsung TV plus keps buffering then it does not goes into it. Like 1202, 1204, 1240 and 2627 Saturday night live. I have tried with Samsung help, he could not solved it, Reset TV and everything, channels still there. Did channel scan, network off and then turn on, nothing. Still some channels in Samsung TV plus are buffering, As if they are in TV memory but cant come out to play. See the moie names and everything with its time but does not play. Anyone has a solution for this. I habe OLED 65 Samsung TV and it does not update either, nor resetting helped. Turning off, pulling off cable or network either...
Find "device care" on your TV by tapping the home button on the remote > settings > support > choose device care > tap self diagnostics > reset smart hub. Also, go into setting > support > software update > make sure auto update is enabled.
