LED and OLED TVsPurchased QN48S90DAEXZA new in Dec, 2024.
Last month, the eARC port just quit working. Worked fine for 10 months. No changes, TV has never moved. Soundbar has been checked and it is fine.
I call support, and 4 times now, I get assigned a ticked number, and then I check it later, and it either states cancelled or denied, no reasons stated.
Why is Samsung refusing to honor this warranty? I have a bad TV that I purchased in good faith, trusting in the Samsung name that I would have support if it was needed, and now I am stuck with a defective product that you refuse to fix, for no reason ever stated.
What is my next course of action to resolve this?
