LED and OLED TVsGreetings Samsung Community,
I hope this message finds you well. Last week, my S95C OLED television underwent a software update, transitioning to the new ONE UI app interface. Since this update, I've been experiencing some troubling issues. First, the app hub (HOME Page) is frozen, making it impossible to navigate through my applications. The apps buttons on the Samsung TV will load the Netflix, Prime etc. I can get other apps to load, but only using the Alexa voice controls. But the hub software is not working since the ONE UI update.
Where would I post SW Update issues or feedback
I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to resolve these issues or the best steps to take moving forward.
Thank you!

LED and OLED TVsI'm having all sorts of issues after the update. My picture quality has taken a hit and brightness and colour in gamemode seem far worse. I'll have to return it and try a s95d as my s95c is only 2 weeks old. How disappointing to have this happen.

LED and OLED TVsnew TV Neo QLED QN55QN90c completely trashed my WIFI. will not play videos. when it does the picture stutters and its unwatchable. it was working perfectly until the TV forced a ONE UI update. on top of that the entire UI Freezes and is unresponsive.

LED and OLED TVsMy issue is similar. After the update, the tv will not recognize my WiFi. Every other device in my house and even in the same room will recognize my WiFi, but unfortunately the TV will not.
I called the 1800 number listed above. The Tech was useless. He tried to tell me I needed to contact my internet provider. I explained to him that everything else in my house, including the 4 other Samsung TVās in my house still recognizes the WiFi. He basically said (after an hour of trying) there was nothing he can do. I suggested removing the update, to which he responded āum, I donāt think soā¦.. no we canāt!
At this point Iām ready to get rid of every Samsung product I own!!!
