LED and OLED TVsHello,
I have a Samsung TV, model GU75TU7199U.
During a software update, the TV froze. Unfortunately, without knowing that it should not be turned off during the update, a family member disconnected the TV from the power outlet.
Since then, the TV will not turn on at all. There is no standby light, no indicator that it is connected to electricity, and no reaction to the remote control or the power button on the TV.
I have already tried:
reconnecting the power cable,
using a different power outlet,
leaving the TV unplugged for an extended period of time.
Unfortunately, nothing has helped.
Could you please advise what can be done in this situation and whether this issue can be repaired (for example via software recovery or service repair)?
Can I just replace the Motherboard and will this fix the problem?
Or is there any way to flash the firmware without the two known method (usb, live update)?
Thank you very much for your support.

LED and OLED TVsI'm sorry to hear that. You should take it to a service center to have it checked out, and they may be able to reflash the OS.
