Greetings Samsung Community,
I hope this message finds you well. Last week, my S95C OLED television underwent a software update, transitioning to the new ONE UI app interface. Since this update, I've been experiencing some troubling issues. First, the app hub (HOME Page) is frozen, making it impossible to navigate through my applications. The apps buttons on the Samsung TV will load the Netflix, Prime etc. I can get other apps to load, but only using the Alexa voice controls. But the hub software is not working since the ONE UI update.
Where would I post SW Update issues or feedback
I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to resolve these issues or the best steps to take moving forward.
Thank you!

LED and OLED TVsModel QN65S90CAFXZA (QLED). Paramount error message 3304. Other apps just "Having a problem try again later" Sometimes ads will play but when they complete the screen goes black "spinning wheel" and the show never starts. Oddly Paramount stopped working then days later started working then stopped again permanently.
Both my other samsung tvs (older) work fine with all apps.
Apps not working w/ my QLED are: Paramount, HULU, Peacock, and Disney
Apps working with my QLED are : Netflix, HBO Max, and Prime.
How about some feedback on what is actually being done?? BTW the telephone samsung techs are totally unaware and not helpful.

I bought a 55ā QN90C TV in July 2024. Just recently, the TV had an operating system or firmware update. After this update installed, I havenāt been able to access Hulu shows at all. The menu comes up, but when we select live channels or a non-live show, we keep getting an error message. The Hulu error code is P-DEV302. This doesnāt happen on any of my other Samsung TVs all of which are about 10 years old. I spent probably 2 hours on a chat and then a phone call with Hulu reps that had me removing and reinstalling the Hulu app, rebooting and resetting my modem and router. I even reset my TV back to factory defaults. Nothing has worked. As a test, I subscribed to YouTube TV to see if it would work. It doesnāt work on the QN90C TV, but it works on all of my older Samsung TVs. It doesnāt feel very good to have spent $1,000 on a TV that after 5 months wonāt work properly. I would appreciate some help with this issue.

LED and OLED TVs1. Open the Settings menu on your TV.
2. Select "Support."
3. Choose "Device Care" and run the Device Care diagnostic. This will help identify any potential issues.
4. If everything passes the initial diagnostic, scroll down to the "Self-Diagnostic" menu and select "Smart Hub Test." Let this test run.
5. Next, check the Wi-Fi and Software Version tests. If all tests pass, go back to the Support menu.
6. Select "Device Care" again and look for the "Manage Storage" option.
7. Open this menu to see a list of your applications.
8. For each application, select it and clear the cache.
Following these steps should help resolve your issues.

LED and OLED TVsI'm having the same issues. Disney plus will not load content, neither will samsung tv plus or peacock. I've followed your steps above, along with uninstalling and reinstalling the apps. I've done soft resets on the TV, reset my internet, and reset the smart hub. This error only started after the recent update. I have a qn85qn90cafxza model.
