Greetings Samsung Community,
I hope this message finds you well. Last week, my S95C OLED television underwent a software update, transitioning to the new ONE UI app interface. Since this update, I've been experiencing some troubling issues. First, the app hub (HOME Page) is frozen, making it impossible to navigate through my applications. The apps buttons on the Samsung TV will load the Netflix, Prime etc. I can get other apps to load, but only using the Alexa voice controls. But the hub software is not working since the ONE UI update.
Where would I post SW Update issues or feedback
I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to resolve these issues or the best steps to take moving forward.
Thank you!

LED and OLED TVsHDR is broken on this update (I also have the same problem on my G9 OLED monitor that just got the same UI update).
The picture is slightly washed out due to the EOTF curve being wrong, in windows HDR calibration the brightness goes up to like 2200 nits. If I can trigger HDR10+ mode (which I can do with Dragon Age the Veilguard), it goes back to looking normal, and the brightness goes up to the correct ~1200 nits.

LED and OLED TVsHuh that's interesting, I just got the S95C and haven't updated firmware yet and when I was looking at Windows display settings the other day, Windows was showing my TV as being 8000 nits. That just happened once though so I think it was a glitch, every other time it's shown the correct 1500 nits. But what you mentioned regarding HDR calibration seems to happen every single time, I can usually get it up to 2000+ nits before the calibration image starts clipping. However this issue with HDR calibration doesn't just happen on my S95C, it also happens on my MSI OLED monitor, but MSI OLEDs also use Samsung QD-OLED panels so maybe the problem lies there.

LED and OLED TVsSamsung, you NEED to allow us to downgrade firmware. It's absolutely ridiculous to not allow us control over the products we bought from you for thousands of dollars. We as consumers DEMAND it. Every other TV / Monitor brand I've ever owned allows for the downgrading of firmware, but you choose to lock us out of being able to do so by not including the feature. Shame on you.
