No One UI 7 update yet

My s24+ US unlocked model still has not received the new update... is my phone possibly glitched?

So I believe it was once on tmobile. Should I contact them?

If possible I would get a old T-Mobile Sim or a pre paid sim and install in the device to try and force the update

Don't let someone sway you from updating your phone. You make your own decision. I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 as well and have absolutely no issues. Yes, I had to customize it to my liking. But that's just it, you CAN customize it.

Thanks for the help everyone. After talking to Samsung tech support, I got a referral ticket number to go to a local shop and have my phone flashed. It really wasn't receiving any software/security updates.

It is encouraging to hear that. Do not let people claim that the two look identical when they are entirely different. The left picture shows iOS apps categorized and locked in that position, while the right picture displays UI7 in custom order, where anything can be rearranged.

All android 14 were promised a update but it hasn't got it yet are we being lied to

Regrettably, not all devices running Android 14 will receive an update to Android 15. Some devices with Android 14 were the last major operating system update for them.
