Galaxy S24@pndjo_plirjo I recommend connecting your phone to a PC and utilizing the Smartswitch app. If the update is not available to install, you would need to contact your carrier’s for assistance with this.

Galaxy S24The software update is being distributed in batches. I noticed that you mentioned your model number ends in “U” indicating that it is a Factory Locked device. Your device may only be Carrier Unlocked, allowing it to use other networks. This could be the cause of the issue, as your device is attempting to download the update from the original network it was purchased from.
