My s24+ US unlocked model still has not received the new update... is my phone possibly glitched?

Thanks for the help everyone. After talking to Samsung tech support, I got a referral ticket number to go to a local shop and have my phone flashed. It really wasn't receiving any software/security updates.

@pndjo_plirjo Does the model number end in "U" or "U1"?

The updates come through the carrier. What carrier are you using?

Mine says sm-s926u, it's unlocked but I'm using an eSIM for xfinity mobile. Which they've already been sending the updates

@pndjo_plirjo A "U" is carrier unlocked. Not factory unlocked.

@pndjo_plirjo  I recommend connecting your phone to a PC and utilizing the Smartswitch app.  If the update is not available to install, you would need to contact your carrier’s for assistance with this.

I've tried the smartswitch app and nothing... I'm using an eSIM for xfinity mobile but they've already been sending out the updates

The software update is being distributed in batches. I noticed that you mentioned your model number ends in “U” indicating that it is a Factory Locked device. Your device may only be Carrier Unlocked, allowing it to use other networks. This could be the cause of the issue, as your device is attempting to download the update from the original network it was purchased from.
