Bad phone service

Since update in November my phone service at and near my house is terrible. Never had an issue before. My family has same provider and no issues on the Apple phones

Try resetting mobile network settings under settings > general management > reset.

Thank you Mujibar. Not sure if that worked, when I press reset button nothing appears to happen.

Nothing obvious will happen after pushing the button. You'll have to test your mobile connection.
