QLED and The Frame TVsThis is my not even two year old (but completely out of warranty, naturally) QN65LS03AAFXZA.
These screen issues are more apparent when displaying light colors. I've discussed with Samsung, and they connected me with the awful company they use in the northeast for service. They scheduled the service and simply no-showed. No call, no reschedule, nothing. I had some post warranty issues with another tv manufacturer, and they stood by their product and replaced. If I can't find satisfaction through Samsung, this will be my last purchase for sure. This screen issue is unacceptable.

QLED and The Frame TVsThat's my second issue. My first issue is with the ridiculous screen deformity of this Samsung product.

QLED and The Frame TVsAlso, Samsung is in bed with the company that no-showed. So no, my issue is not with them.

QLED and The Frame TVsScreen deformity? Yes, it looks like someone pulled it over and it fell on something. You have children? A cleaning service?

QLED and The Frame TVsNo kids, no cleaning service. Nice theories, but this has been up on the wall undisturbed since purchase.

QLED and The Frame TVsMy first mistake was being loyal to the Samsung brand! According to their link, there are no repair centers anywhere near me and my 2021 model 65" TV needs service! I will now look at LG or Sony and never buy a Samsung brand item again!
