QLED and The Frame TVsI watched a few YouTube videos on suggested settings and I am interested in trying out different picture modes. Right now it shows standard, and when I select it it says, "this feature isn't available". I'm guessing this is due to a conflict with another setting. Any help will be appreciated!

QLED and The Frame TVsWelcome to the Samsung Community, FloridaMark. To make sure I understand this correctly, when you try to select Movie mode as a picture setting, It says "Unavailable." Is that right? I don't see any details that should keep you from being able to use that mode. Can you provide the full model number of the TV?

QLED and The Frame TVsThank you for your reply. I have a QN70F. I was able to change modes. The trick was to turn off the AI mode. My other issue now is the following: I tried the calibration mode, and it updated my movie mode twice to "movie calibrated". Is there a way to set that back to the original uncalibrated mode? Thank you!!

QLED and The Frame TVsYou should be able to reset this by performing a Picture Reset. Any settings to the display would be set back up to the original default. I'm not 100% sure this is the right steps. I didn't look up the QN70F series, but not your specific model. To reset the picture: Go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Reset Picture. If this does not work, you can always reset the TV to the factory settings by: Settings > General > Reset. Hope this helps!
