QLED and The Frame TVsI have a Model UN65LS03NAFXZA 65 Frame TV which comes with a part number BN96-46074H One Connect Box.
I need to replace my OneConnect box because it has connectivity issues. When first turned on, it constantly reboots and/or drops the wired or wireless (1Gb) internet connection.
According to your Samsung parts site, the replacement is a BN96-46074H PCB P Assembly OCB. But the site says it's "sold out" and parts support team says it is discontinued.
I was advised by Samsung Parts to try places like eBay for a refurbished or secondhand part. I tried several sites but the part isn't available.
Is there another model OCB that can be used as a replacement?
Is this really the way Samsung supports it's customers?

QLED and The Frame TVsI'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing. It appears the UN65LS03NAFXZA is a 2022 model, and replacement parts are becoming scarce, as suggested by the parts team. You might consider checking eBay for a used or refurbished part, or exploring local repair centers to see if they can fix the existing One Connect box.

QLED and The Frame TVsYeah dunno; ebay is especially a **bleep** shoot.
Good luck w/replacement.
BTW I have a 65 almost identical to yins except for one zero in the model#. Mine's a 2017 iirc. Samsung does NOT make it easy to find info and sort through the differences between these things.

QLED and The Frame TVsAlso turns out that my TV issues mysteriously stopped after I made the purchase. Coincidence???

Some corollary of Murphy's Laws no doubt. 😝
