Art Store won't stop buffering.

Hi, I have tried everything from restarting, logging in and out, unplugging the TV, Reboot Smart Hub, Reboot the whole TV, Tried several internet connections but my Art Store (the actual shop I'm paying for) wont stop buffer/loading. All the other parts of the art-mode is working. I can pick the standard images to display but the store I'm paying for and have used for 6-7 years just stopped working and won't load.

Please how do I fix this? Anyone who have the same issue? I need my art back! 🙂

NOW IT WORKS!! Hahaa whaat? So this is what I had to do:

Make sure I had 5G Connection > Logout from my Samsung Account > Unplug the TV > Wait a couple of minutes > Turn it back on > Login again to my Samsung Account.

Hello DavidEngz,

We would love to assist you with this concern and gather additional information. Are you able to run a speed test on the TV? This will allow us to determine if the internet functions at the upload and download speed necessary to run the store on the TV itself.

Oh thanks! It is really slow I can tell. Like 27 up 17,5 down. 😞
But the weird thing is that the TV won’t let me connect to the 5G network that I have. It just says that it cant connect. And that one is like 350 up 300 down or something.

U have any idea why I can’t connect the TV to the faster network?

Ok I managed to get the 5G to the TV now. Still the same thing. It’s like everything works perfect on the TV except the very main thing that was the reason I bought it haha! Art Store.

Thank you for that information. While it's still in the 5G connection, can you reattempt the previous steps for troubleshooting and verify if you have the Night Mode enabled?

But with the 5G connected?

Night Mode have always been enabled and the Art Store have worked. I can see the default ”artworks” in the app and pick them and they will be displayed when the TV is off. But I can’t access the store at all. where the good stuff that I pay for is.

 But the store does not have all the good partners anymore??? In smartthings there is way more. And before this problem happened there was way more and better partners to choose from. U have any idea why that is?

Unfortunately, we don't.  The changes in the app can be implemented for many reasons.  We do suggest checking back periodically. The art availability is subject to change.
