QLED and The Frame TVs

Hello all! I recently purchased a Q60D 70” tv from Samsung. I noticed immediately at all of the movies and shows I tested resulted in a wide screen view with black bars at the top and bottom of the picture. I recently had a Q60CD 70” that was returned because of pixel issues, however, I never experienced these widescreen issues and always had a full screen view.

My picture size setting is completely greyed out and unable to edited. When I went to an hdmi PC input I was allowed to edit the picture size but my only option was still 16:9 standard. How do I get a fit to screen view for HBO, Netflix, ESPN, etc? All help is appreciated.
