QLED and The Frame TVsIs anyone else having problems with playing VOD after the 2111 update? I am able to access Live TV fine, but VOD on both series and movies will not seem to set up a stream. I use SMART player setting and have M3U8 configured which has worked fine until the update. I also have a similar TV - different size - on the older firmware, and this is still working fine. Any thoughts?

QLED and The Frame TVsHey, Jimbo, sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with VOD playback for your TV. We appreciate you providing details on your setup Can you provide your TV's full model number? I recommend the following troubleshooting steps below.
1) Perform a Soft Reset: Press and hold the power button on your remote for 5 seconds until the TV restarts. This refreshes the system without losing your settings.
2) Power Cycle the TV: Unplug your TV from the wall socket and wait for at least 30 seconds before plugging it back in. This clears the TV's cache.
3) Reinstall the App: Uninstall the IPTV Smarters Player app, then reinstall it from the App Store. This can resolve glitches that sometimes occur after a firmware update.

QLED and The Frame TVsFollowing up, I can confirm the following:
- Software reset was the first thing tried but issue remains
- Power cycle has been performed with no effect
- Application has been reinstalled. Also, IPTV Smarters App Pro has also been installed to compare and has similar behaviour as IPT Smarters Player.
