Art mode not activating

We have a frame tv and we are unable to get the art mode to activate. We have tried all the recommendations regarding - turning off and on the art effect, turning off sleep options, turning off night mode. Nothing activates the art mode on our tv. 
we have had tv for about 6 months and it did work at the beginning but no longer works. Thank you, in advance, for your time!

Hello @Deenamack! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend making sure that the TV is updated first, if its still occurring after that please attempt a factory reset to see if this helps. If none of this helps service would be the last step. Depending on your warranty you will have a few options. 

 

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up. 
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.

I had a The Frame TV and this is normal for it to stop working after some use. Try a factory reset to fix it.
