QLED and The Frame TVsEquipment: Q80D with 1310 firmware purchased June 25, PS5 Pro (just purchased and updated).
Problem: A high pitch scream emanates from the TV when a game is launched.
What I have tried so far: Changed HDMI ports and cables. Turned off "game mode".
Any other suggestions? We have an older Xbox One that has no issues connected to the same TV, and I have tried using that HDMI port and cable. My next step will be to try the PS5 on a different TV to verify that the game console isn't defective.
Sound is not coming from the speakers (volume change doesn't make a difference), and it doesn't appear to be coming from the console.

QLED and The Frame TVsTested the console on two different Samsung TVs and had no issues. Returned to the original TV and it ran fine! No changes other than I connected to a different HDMI port (went from 2 to 4). I really don't understand, but at least it is working now.

QLED and The Frame TVsIt's coil whine. I'm running 85" Q80D on PC and everytime VRR or Freesync is on I can hear annoying coil whine from the right side where the ports are.
