We have a frame tv and we are unable to get the art mode to activate. We have tried all the recommendations regarding - turning off and on the art effect, turning off sleep options, turning off night mode. Nothing activates the art mode on our tv. we have had tv for about 6 months and it did work at the beginning but no longer works. Thank you, in advance, for your time!
Hello @Deenamack! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend making sure that the TV is updated first, if its still occurring after that please attempt a factory reset to see if this helps. If none of this helps service would be the last step. Depending on your warranty you will have a few options.
