The best fix IMHO is to get a streaming device. I recommend Google TV, either the one from Google or the Walmart branded ONN Google TV Pro. The benefits of either of these devices are the built in speakers for hands free controls.
It has been my experience with Smart TV's that apps don't get updated as frequently as a streaming device does.

QLED and The Frame TVsHello bludrive, we are sorry to hear you're still having concerns regarding certain streaming apps and recommend for you to check the apps/Smart Hub/TV itself, to ensure they are all updated. Please also clear app cache, check internet connection, and/or uninstall/reinstall the problem apps. The final option as a resolution would be to reset the Smart Hub.

QLED and The Frame TVsThank you so much for that update and information bludrive. We recommend reaching out to the app developers if it is only certain apps you're experiencing this concern with, i.e. Disney support for Hulu and Disney+, you can Telephone Disney+ Technical Support via the following number: 888-905-7888 (US) etc.
You also have the option of having the TV serviced due to the general troubleshooting being unsuccessful, and you can proceed with that route using the service repair link https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or Private Message any moderator by selecting and clicking on the chat option with your full model and serial number.
