QLED and The Frame TVs

The picture and broadcast options from my settings are greyed out. I had wanted to rescan as local stations have changed their antenna channels.

I reinstalled every app in an attempt to close the apps. I disconnected the power from the television disconnected the coaxial cable waited quite some time powered back the TV then reinstalled the coaxial cable.

These items are still grayed out. Some discussions online say to make sure that intelligent mode is off. I did that the items are still grayed out. Thinking a reset might fix it, I scrolled down settings to the reset selection.... which of course is also grayed out

@ghwmd1 Thanks for sharing your model number! Letโ€™s try a couple of quick things to see whatโ€™s going on:

Close background apps
Press and hold the Back/Return button on your remote for about 2โ€“3 seconds. That should close anything running in the background.

Doubleโ€‘check your input
Make sure the TV is set to the โ€œTVโ€ input and not HDMI or another source.

Check your coax cable
Just take a moment to make sure the coax cable is firmly connected on both ends.

If none of that helps, the next step would be a soft reset:

Soft Reset
Press and hold the Power button on your remote for about 15 seconds until the TV restarts. After it boots back up, see if the settings show up again.

Please let us know if this helps!

@ghwmd1, let's give a Hard Reset a try.

Locate the Power and Volume Down buttons on the TV.
Press and hold both buttons at the same time.
Wait for the TV to begin the reset process.
Do not unplug the TV during the reset.
Additional Notes:
All downloaded apps and accounts will be removed.
Network settings may remain unchanged.
If the reset option is unavailable, exit any open apps and try again.
