I am writing to seek clarification and assistance regarding the firmware for my 77-inch S90C QD-OLED TV. I purchased this TV directly from the Samsung USA store right when it became available, so it is the US version with model code QN77S90CAFXZA.
Since my day-one purchase, the TV's auto-update feature has not detected any new firmware. I have manually checked for updates via the Settings menu (Settings > Support > Software Update), but the system states no new updates are available.
This is especially concerning given Samsung's commitment to providing seven years of Tizen OS updates for premium TVs, which includes certain 2023 models like the S90C. I want to ensure my TV is getting the promised support and the latest features and security patches.

I’m having the same issue and mine still says 2024 (T-PTMCAKUC-0080-2024.0, E0371440, BT - S). My friend has the same exact TV model and his updated to 2025 recently, but mine refuses to find the new 2025 update (either automatically or manually)
