2025 The Frame Club Member Value

Hi I just got my TV November 24, 2025 and I was expecting to get 2 year credits for the frame art store per 2025 The Frame Club Member Value promortion. However, I don't have any offer available in samsung promotion app in my TV. I reached out to chat and samsung services center. They said I am eligible for this but they couldn't get the resolution. Also, in my last talk with the agent, he is saying there is no credits for this and it's just a discount..I think I misunderstood but I checked the website and found out I wasn't wrong.. Please give me any resolution for this.
