I guess most everyone on here with a smart TV is probably aware their servers are down and nothing but Samsung Live TV and Netflix work (apparently they don't go through Samsung servers like other apps). Don't be like me (and so many others) who did a factory reset and now can't download anything or even update the software because it gets stuck and gives a server error (880-1 or something similar). I was getting a CURL60 error as well and a warning that my internet was unstable.

LED and OLED TVsI’m having the exact same issue. Tried contacting Samsung support via text message but I’ve been waiting to get routed to a human agent for over an hour.. let us know if anyone gets this resolved!

LED and OLED TVsSince Samsung has failed to acknowledge the problem and issue a statement for consumers, one can only assume that they have no idea what the problem is. Which means they were probably hacked again lol. Still not working. On hold waiting for a human.

LED and OLED TVsBoth of my Samsung TV’s are down. Can’t use apps like YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime or Paramount Plus. Keeps saying server under maintenance. Makes me feel better to see others having the same issue. Hopefully by morning it will be resolved.

LED and OLED TVsI don't understand why people use Tizen for streaming, it's kind of awful. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a Google TV and use a proper interface that just works.

LED and OLED TVsI wonder why are you reading the forum if you're not using Tizen... Your post does not help

LED and OLED TVsRunning an older UN50RU7100F. Thought that it was just because this TV is ancient that I was having this issue. I hope they get this sorted out soon. I had an HT-J4500 years ago that randomly stopped working and had to send it in to be flashed by Samsung. I hope that's not the solution for this issue.

LED and OLED TVsIt's saying the smart Hub is not connecting to my internet and it's being blocked some how, it's annoying.

LED and OLED TVsTwo of my 2020 TV's are having this problem. Newer M32 seems to be working fine. All 3 seem to be using 2700.6 firmware. Issue is likely related to expired SSL certificate (someone is getting fired). Let's hope Samsun is on it and can fix this remotely for those of us affected.
