LED and OLED TVsI have a Samsung smart TV. The TV is about 5 to 7 years old. As I was viewing the terms and agreement, which I never did before, the page now froze. I cannot get out of it. I have done everything imaginable that I can do. I don’t know if it’s a glitch. I don’t know if it’s firmware, etc. Has anyone had this problem and if so, how did you correct the problem to go back to Reset manufacturer
