Smart Hub Servers Down

I guess most everyone on here with a smart TV is probably aware their servers are down and nothing but Samsung Live TV and Netflix work (apparently they don't go through Samsung servers like other apps). Don't be like me (and so many others) who did a factory reset and now can't download anything or even update the software because it gets stuck and gives a server error (880-1 or something similar). I was getting a CURL60 error as well and a warning that my internet was unstable. 

Their smart Hub Things page shows everything up, which we all know is a lie. No communication, nothing from the company on what has been a several hour outage. Communication is important and it can make outages more palatable. Obviously outages happen sometimes, but nothing from the company and a blatant lie on their status page is really pissing off a lot of loyal customers. Hopefully someone from the company reads all these messages everyone is posting.

Today I cannot access any of my streaming apps on my smart TV except Netflix. Amazon Prime Video + Disney+ + Crunchyroll + HBO Max + Hulu all give some sort of error when trying to launch. I went to Downdetector.com to report it & saw one person indicated it was "Samsung being down." Anyone else experiencing this & have any details about the cause?

Same. Seems like I got a software update and I suspect it to be the cause.

Yeah. I have a UN55DU7200 (2024 model). I didn't see any pop-up saying that an update had just been installed - actually thought I may need to install an update but says none is available.

I don't usually stream on anything except this TV. But I just tried Disney+ & Prime Video apps on my Galaxy Tab S9: working fine there. This is kinda bummy & I hope it gets fixed soon.

Exact same problem. Netflix was the only app working. Couldn't install apps either.  Unfortunately i attempted to reboot the smart hub and now i cant access netflix either because it wont download the terms and conditions. Count your blessings with netflix lol. And the 726 7864 line is busy been trying to call for 25 minutes

Thanks for chiming in. Sorry to hear what happened with your efforts: we'll have to avoid trying that & hope/trust Samsung gets on this to fix soon. Guess I may have to [shudders] pop a disk in the Blu Ray player for tonight's entertainment lol

Tried resetting my TV.  Now I can't use Netflix either.   Hopefully fixed soon. I just this website.  Should have checked it before doing anything.
