Our TV is about a year old.  Relatively recently we have encountered an issue with the TV connecting to the internet when we turn it on.  The only way we have found to get the connection is to unplug the TV and plug it back in, then it powers up and connects as normal with the internet.  So now every time we turn it on, we don't get a connection and have to unplug the TV then plug it back in and turn it on, then it works properly.  We have tried a number of things and most of them we have tried repeatedly hoping something would work, so far no luck.  Any ideas?  Thank you.

@Members_adRzLZ7 Is it connecting via Wifi? If so, it could be an issue with Wifi signal strength at the TV location.

Thanks for the idea. We are getting a strong signal. We checked to be sure. Once we unplug and plug it back in, it comes on like there was never an issue.

Have you power cycled your router and deleted the connection on the TV and created it again after the router power cycle?

For me, I would reboot by holding the power button on the remote until the set turns off automatically and turn back on by itself, then half a minute or so later the set automatically would prompt on the screen, you are signed in to your email address . (UN32N5300)
