One Connect for S95D failed.

I have a couple S95D TVs. One of them stopped working. I moved the OCB (One Connect Box) from the second tv and it started working. Found out this is a common issue of OCBs built in Mexico around Sept, 2024. It has been a week since I talked to them and still no replacement. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

I installed my S95D in February, March 11, 2025 the One Connect box failed and had to be replaced. Today, May 12, 2025, its dead again and I have another support ticket opened for a 2nd repair.

Yes, a technician is scheduled to be here this Friday, May 16, 2025. This is my 2nd One Connect Box to fail in the last 5 months. I'm concerned I wasted $4k on this TV and I should have purchased one without the One Connect Box as it seems to have a high rate of failure.
