The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. š”

Galaxy Watch@Buckeye71 ,
I apologize if this is a duplicate post, it seems my replies keep getting removed?
I know I've posted this elsewhere in the 30+ pages of comments, but I'll combine & duplicate here for your convenience.
Samsung replied to my feedback request (error/log report) on March 5th, which I submitted via the Samsung Members app. Their response blamed the Life360 app on my phone, committing to the bug being fixed in the next Watch Ultra software update.
Of course, for each subsequent Feedback report I submitted since, their responses are either worthless (telling me to recreate the intermittent issue & resubmit feedback), or contradicting their previous responses, blaming something else. They've replied blaming Google Play Services, & even claiming "Resetting is a normal Android behavior to maintain device performance". Clearly, they're not even pretending to read the explanation I included in the feedback.
Another member shared (on Monday, March 24th, I believe) that their feedback response from Samsung claims it was already fixed in a software update, instructing to check for & install updates. They, & myself haven't had any updates available since March 11th for S23Ultra & Jan. 22nd for Watch Ultra.
Meanwhile, the disconnects & required factory resets continue for me, as recently as yesterday.
Summary: I'm not convinced they (Samsung) care enough to investigate, have any clue what's going on, nor have any urgency toward getting it fixed. Yet, this growing thread & the constant combining of other threads CLEARLY indicates this is a huge issue that they're refusing to properly acknowledge & especially refuse to fix in a timely fashion.
