The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. šŸ˜”

UPDATE:

A Bluetooth connection error has been identified on Galaxy Watch7 and Watch Ultra devices due to a software issue.

A software patch is being developed to address this issue, and a solution will soon be available. We are working diligently to release the software patch as soon as possible. You will be notified once it is available for download on your device.

In the meantime, we recommend backing up your watch before performing any resets. You can also check your device's software version by going to Settings > About > Software Information> Software Version. If an update is available, follow the prompts to install it.

We understand the frustrations and apologize for any inconveniences. We are marking this message as the solution at this time in order to pin it so others are aware of the upcoming software update. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work towards a resolution.

If you, too, experience the same symptoms, make sure to leave a like on this thread to boost visibility. Discussions will be left open within the thread. If you'd like to join the conversation, we simply ask before posting, that you please keep in mind our community guidelines.

It's great that you are working on an a fix, but since it has not been released and then confirmed to resolve the issue, you cannot legitimately claim this issue is resolved. It is quite shameful how Samsung has failed to properly address this issue by deleting posts, claiming it's resolved when it's not, and not even acknowledge the issue exists for months while your users struggle. I have dozens of Samsung products in my house. They will be my last due to the way Samsung has handled this issue. You truly do not care about your customers.

Hello, I was just curious if there was an estimated timeline on the patch or if this is still in triage/possibly a dependency with the OS?

If there's anything I, as a user, can help be a part of the solution I'd be happy to contribute.

My Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra has also required about 8 resets since I purchased it with my S25 Ultra at end of January.

My ultra is a few months old and has happened 3 times now. Love the watch but hate the resets. If they donā€™t correct Iā€™ll be moving onā€¦.
