The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. 😡

Having the same issue as well but mine is doing it daily and making me reset it and pair with my phone . It's super aggravating consider what we pay for these devices

I'm on my 11th time? Samsung sent me a message saying it has something to do with Life 360. However , when I uninstalled it for a couple days, the watch still did the disconnect and reset. Also, if it's Life 360 causing it, why isn't my GW6C affected by this as well? They're both running the same OS.

I disconnected LTE to see if that helps as the non ultra watches which I've seen have this issue also have LTE. Who knows.

I don't even use the LTE online and it keeps doing it I do have life 360 but I'm not sure how that one app has anything to do with the Bluetooth of another

I feel you. I've been trying to figure it out and submit reports every time it's happened. Just have to wait to see if they release an update soon. I'm hoping the LTE shut off fixed it for me because I'm tired of dealing with it. It's been a very unhappy and rough conversion from Apple to Android. Way too many bugs in production OS releases. I'm not sure why Android users have put up with this for so long? I use to developer beta test Apple and he One UI 7 and Watch UI 6 both feel like late betas before a production release. I've had the phone and watches for less than 2 months and I'm ready to trade them in on something else regardless if I take a financial hit.

I understand that. This is my fourth Samsung wearable and it will be my last. It's lazy coding to blame your Bluetooth issue on another app. The other issue is, the log report is going to be incomplete because the device is completely removed from your phone before you see it. I will say when I had Google everything I had far less problems and I probably will return to Pixel after this. I've had Apple has work phones and it's okay I just prefer the Android ecosystem layout and access controls.

Don't get me wrong. There's some android things I'm liking. Like the themes. I have some I switch around and love it. I also like close all for apps. There's a few other things. I absolutely love the look of the GW6C I have. I also love the rotating bezel. I'm not too much of a fan of the swipe around the outside of the screen for the ultra. I really wish they had added a rotating bezel there. I feel they aren't bad hardware wise, just bad os wise. I keep wondering how lax of a QC and UAT program do they have at Samsung?

These days I feel too many rush the UAT just to get to market with the hardware and software. I have the same issue with Android Auto lol. Here's hoping some one from Samsung sees this isn't just a one off and can address it. They need beta testers they need to let us know if it means we can have a better product experience

@Blu-Ray , @thirtygman , I think they're developing a NEW, FASTER software lifecycle.  The Watch Ultra is the latest example of that.

Their new strategy involves hastily skipping testing beyond a 3 minute session to verify "When the new software version is loaded, does the watch create a nuclear explosion?".

If the answer is "No", they roll it out.

And then comes their other critical improvements.  "Secret Production Testing w/ unexpected customers", followed by "Vehemently deny any & all bugs exist.".  The last, & often most difficult step is, "Convince customers they're either CRAZY or that the issues are THEIR fault because they're using incompatible equipment or using the product incorrectly.".

Meanwhile, continue developing a NEW model w/o fixing huge issues w/ current models.

I suggest everybody in the IT, development, & engineering sectors pitch this same model to their leadership, as the ONLY result can be higher revenue & lower operational costs.

Thanks for the laugh, Samsung.  HA!
