The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. 😡

I have had my watch for just about a 2 months and I am Extremely annoyed. My watch Constantly makes me reset. It hardly ever allows a back up and it never uses the back up information. 

 

Its Constantly forcing me to reset, wiping all my data. Its Extremely frustrating and this was way too expensive to have to reset every single day. 

 

I want a fix or a refund..Im very unhappy with this.

Also, this is a peer-to-peer user help forum, if you want to demand a repair or refund, you have to contact Samsung directly. But, you also have to do the error reporting.

Has there been a patch released since this update?    My watch is only 2 weeks old and has just started doing this.  it is clear that  it is triggered by a bluetooth disconnect from the phone.

9 Months later and the issue is still happening often wasting so many hours of your customer's time.

When are you going to fix this Samsung?

My Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra has also required about 8 resets since I purchased it with my S25 Ultra at end of January.

My ultra is a few months old and has happened 3 times now. Love the watch but hate the resets. If they don’t correct I’ll be moving on….

I have the Galaxy watch ultra, 7th generation of galaxy watch. Recently I have had to repeatedly attempt to reconnect it, only to have to factory reset and reconnect with my backup. Any reason why? Watch is registered, secured etc. It is uncommon for my watch to be away from my phone. I do keep it in my pocket while I'm at work, however it recognizes when it's off the wrist and turns the screen off.
