Hello.

The issue concerns the new Moto G15 Power. I'm having trouble with the Galaxy Fit3 watch which disconnects from the phone, and the Galaxy Wearable app cannot reconnect it. The only temporary fix is restarting the phone, which allows the watch to work properly for a few minutes. During that time, I can sync the data, but then the connection drops again  next restart.

I have already restored the G15 to factory settings, created a new account, and avoided using any backup data. I also paired the watch with my previous phone, where it works flawlessly.

What settings could be causing this issue? I've adjusted battery settings, ensured that all Galaxy apps have the necessary permissions, and allowed them to run in the background. However, the problem persists.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Samsung accessories are designed to work best with Samsung Phones; however, they will work just fine, in most cases, with other brands of Android phones.  Try uninstalling and re-installing the Wear app and the Samsung Health app.  It is also possible that the Fit3 OS is not compatible with Motorola's UI, or there is some other interference from Motorola.

Some update to my oryginal post. I don't have proof but it seems the problem is with the Galaxy Wearable app and/or the fit3 band plugin... Why does the band and software set work on other phones? For example, the G82, using it now. What difference is between g15 vs g82?

I did a fiew test that confirms that the only phone my band doesn't work with is the G15. Obvious band reset, created a new account on google and samsung. Battery saving turned off, I turned off wifi or data transmission. The band loses connection with the galaxy wearable during configuration. To connect it the phone has to be restarted and then it can be connected, configured and data synchronized. After turning off the screen it no longer connects to the galaxy wearable even though the band is visible. I also tried on another one (RedMi note 7) and it works great without any problems.

That would make it a Motorola problem not Fit3 or Wear app problem.  For some reason that particular Moto phone is incompatible with that watch.  Take the issue up with Motorola. If you are going to use your Samsung accessories with non-Samsung devices, you take your chances on which ones they will work properly with.  Even if they do work properly on other devices, you will not get some features that are exclusive to Samsung.
