The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. 😡

I was just having this problem. So I went on the member's app and saw that my watch wasn't registered. So I registered it while it was charging and had already disconnected from my phone. When it was fully charged I expected to have to reset it but I didn't have to. Now I'm wondering if it was doing that because my watch wasn't registered? I don't know but I hope it was that and I have no idea why it wasn't registered. So that could be the real problem.

Having the same issue as well but mine is doing it daily and making me reset it and pair with my phone . It's super aggravating consider what we pay for these devices

I'm on my 11th time? Samsung sent me a message saying it has something to do with Life 360. However , when I uninstalled it for a couple days, the watch still did the disconnect and reset. Also, if it's Life 360 causing it, why isn't my GW6C affected by this as well? They're both running the same OS.

I disconnected LTE to see if that helps as the non ultra watches which I've seen have this issue also have LTE. Who knows.

I don't even use the LTE online and it keeps doing it I do have life 360 but I'm not sure how that one app has anything to do with the Bluetooth of another

I feel you. I've been trying to figure it out and submit reports every time it's happened. Just have to wait to see if they release an update soon. I'm hoping the LTE shut off fixed it for me because I'm tired of dealing with it. It's been a very unhappy and rough conversion from Apple to Android. Way too many bugs in production OS releases. I'm not sure why Android users have put up with this for so long? I use to developer beta test Apple and he One UI 7 and Watch UI 6 both feel like late betas before a production release. I've had the phone and watches for less than 2 months and I'm ready to trade them in on something else regardless if I take a financial hit.

I understand that. This is my fourth Samsung wearable and it will be my last. It's lazy coding to blame your Bluetooth issue on another app. The other issue is, the log report is going to be incomplete because the device is completely removed from your phone before you see it. I will say when I had Google everything I had far less problems and I probably will return to Pixel after this. I've had Apple has work phones and it's okay I just prefer the Android ecosystem layout and access controls.

Don't get me wrong. There's some android things I'm liking. Like the themes. I have some I switch around and love it. I also like close all for apps. There's a few other things. I absolutely love the look of the GW6C I have. I also love the rotating bezel. I'm not too much of a fan of the swipe around the outside of the screen for the ultra. I really wish they had added a rotating bezel there. I feel they aren't bad hardware wise, just bad os wise. I keep wondering how lax of a QC and UAT program do they have at Samsung?
