Galaxy S25Is it possible you were accidentally shipped a device that is not factory unlocked? Check device details to make sure your model number ends in U1.
If the phone is in fact factory unlocked and you have the correct unit, it is possible that this is a carrier-side issue.

Galaxy S25Whether or not Samsung is being slow here is debatable. They know they have to provide the necessary information for a phone to work on any and all carriers on day one. This is AT&T. They are the worst. I recommend you leave them yesterday. YMMV
