Not backing up data

Hello,

I have the 25U and it will not perform a backup. I tried on my pc as well and it still did not work. Is there any way I can do a backup? Thank you.

Which backup did you try or was it just to the PC there's samsung back up on the phone i.e sansung cloud

I tried Samsung Cloud on the phone and I think I tried Smart Switch on the pc. However I do not remember what program I tried on the desktop.

i actually think its broken on ui 7.0 and don't exist since got phone back on 5th of last month when it did it 1 time maybe i did it manually and it wasn't automatically who knows
