Hello!

I've been eyeing on Galaxy S25 Ultra / Unlocked / 512GB / PinkGold color.

It's been Out of stock for so long...?

And not only specific colors but now all of 512GB is out of stock and can't order at all even we are on 'Discover Samsung' sales event?

Do we know what is going on with the warehouse? And whoever handles the orders?

Anyone...?

You don't want to get the phone. It overheats and battery drains both to the point the phone cant be used. Samsung keeps taking down my post about it. The trouble shooting that they say to do doesn't work nor fix the issues. I do not use the phone for gaming at all. I make calls texts and check social media that is it.

No way. S25 series was the most successful flagship since the S20? S7? Not so sure but I saw the news. They should change your phone if it has some kind of manufacturers defects + customer satisfaction. Hmmm...

Have you done factory rest also? Like the full factory reset and clear cache using volume up and power button?

I would return the device if the experience is that bad. $1300 for a smartphone is a lot of money. Since it was stated that it is only 5 days old, the return window still has 10 days to call Samsung customer service and initiate a return for a full refund.
