Galaxy S25Did you use Smart Switch for the transfer?
If not, why not!
Why would you factory reset a device before checking to make sure the transfer was complete?

Galaxy S25This is the $64,000 question. People are in such a hurry to wipe their old devices before checking that everything transferred over or did not check their backup on whatever external device they backed up to in order to make sure that it was a complete backup. Likely because they were in a hurry to sell it or trade it in. Since I keep my last old device (if it's working), I never reset them anyway.

Galaxy S25Your photos automatically backup/sync with Google photos. If they are not in your "gallery" or on your phone, open Google Photos and see if they are there.
