I have a Samsung Galaxy s25 Ultra and about 3 days ago, it started acting weird. Every time I plug my charger into my phone, an ad pops up. I have tried a LOT of different ways to stop it. I was told it could be a third party app. I tried to boot it in safe mode to find the culprit. Can't find it. I don't know what to do. Is anyone else having this problem? I have a scree recording of what's going on but can't upload it. I'm tired of the ads/pop ups. Can someone PLEASE help me? And I uninstalled Chrome because that was the main pop up/ad I was getting. I STILL got pop ups after doing that.

Oh man let me tell you. Your a life saver. It's so darn annoying . Your the first answer to actually work and I even went I to Verizon and they couldn't figure it out.
I did as suggested and there were a number of power saves listed under routines. I deleted them all, restarted my phone, plugged in the charger and itโs still happening. Not sure whatโs going on but its very frustrated.
Download Good Lock from the Galaxy Store and install the Nice Catch module. Turn on "toast history" and "detect commercials." Uninstall the app that is identified as the culprit.
