I have the s25 ultra and have had it for months and yesterday all of a sudden it started telling me there was liquid or a foreign object in my USB port every time I tried to plug it in even though there is nothing and it was charging fine and even took it to my provider and they found nothing and said it might be a sensor so now I have to charge it with a wireless charger until the s26 comes out and I either decide to get it or decide to get a new phone or this stops. Anyone else have this happen?

I think I have two ways to fix it .. Definitely uncharted territory with this one .. But let's see #1.- Do you have Developer Options On ? > If so in developer options There's a setting called " Quick setting developer Tiles" in there , there's a button called " Sensors Off " turn it On , now that only transfers that " Sensor Off button to your drop down settings on your home screen . So once you turned it on in Developers Options , Swipe down on your upper part of screen to get your quick settings . Now you have Sensors Off in there to use when needed . Turn it on in the quick settings drop down . Now that's gonna turn ALOT of Sensors Off . GPS , and a few more but no biggie . I would try switching that On and waiting a few minutes and before turning it off , restart your phone , Once phone is up and running after Restart , Go into your quick settings drop down again, turn "Sensors Off " switch Off . See if that switch and a restart did something to that pesky sensor and try your charger . . If that did Nothing, Well . ๐Ÿซก No Problem #2 - "Cache Partition" might work as well . We can go Over that if # 1 doesn't work. I know this is a lot to take in . Try #1 if you want and if you don't have Developer Options On , and want me to walk you through that , let me know . Hope something Prevails for You . ! Just Hallor ( message ) lol if you need further instructions . Good Luck

Thank you I will definitely try the 1st option first. And if that doesn't work then the 2nd.

Yes, my phone did this when it was very humid outside. All you need to do is allow it to dry out. Take the cover off, wipe it down with an eye glass towel and a let it dry before plugging it in to charge.

Well update. It is working now. The way @Rebeldogg told me above the 1st option works so if anyone comes across this issue definitely do that. Thank you everyone

Glad everything worked out. They sell some accessories to prevent this happening again its like a little rubber cover for your USB-C port this can help in extremely humid environments.

Don't forget to turn your sensors back on when it dries out so you have an alibi.
