Ads/Pop Ups when I charge my phone.

I have a Samsung Galaxy s25 Ultra and about 3 days ago, it started acting weird. Every time I plug my charger into my phone, an ad pops up. I have tried a LOT of different ways to stop it. I was told it could be a third party app. I tried to boot it in safe mode to find the culprit. Can't find it. I don't know what to do. Is anyone else having this problem? I have a scree recording of what's going on but can't upload it. I'm tired of the ads/pop ups. Can someone PLEASE help me? And I uninstalled Chrome because that was the main pop up/ad I was getting. I STILL got pop ups after doing that.

This was happening to my Dad yesterday and some how a Routine was setup when he plugged in his phone youtube and other apps would open check this.

Modes and Routines

3 Dots in the top right History 

Tap Routines and see if any routines run when you plug in your phone

Power Save pops up when I plug it in. I checked it and it shows that it's off. What do I do now?

I got it!!! So, some how a routine was set. I deleted it and it works like normal. Thank you so much.
