Smudge marks on my S24 ultra screen?

Got these almost smudge like marks on my phone screen. They aren't scratches, but won't come off with a microfiber and distilled water. Never seen this on my S22 ultra.. The spots are smooth to the touch but definitely stand out. Maybe a coating on the screen thats causing an issue?

Just out of curiosity, does this affect anything when the screen is on?  All of the examples I am seeing is with the screen off...

Same Issue!!! I'm gonna try to put a glass protector on it. Either way 15 hundred on a phone and it's only 3months old. Smh

Does this actually affect ANYTHING, or is it only visible when the screen is off?

You can see them anytime but more pronounced with a dark screen

my phone also water drop marks...but dont come off....they are not sctracthes...

I have a smudge mark under my screen too which I can't get rid off. I will visit the service centre and see what they say.

I haven't seen anything official, some people had the screen replaced then put a glass screen protector over it to keep from happening again.

If a screen protector will stop it from happening again, then it is caused by the user, plain and simple.  I had an S24 U from launch with no screen protector, and never had this problem.
