It has been a year and 2 months since I had this phone which I was bragging on the color vibrancy which is a boost to my photos as I am a photographer.
Suddenly yesterday my screen colour became dull and the vibrancy and saturated images gone. I have been using vivid and the RGB turned to full and of course the filters and shields turned off. I am posting this cos I am trying to figure the cause of this - the software update to One Ui 8 a week ago or the problem with the built in graphic chip before I go to the service center.
Wonder if any other users have this sort of problem,.
Someone else was experiencing this not too long ago. It seemed to magically fix itself, but there are some suggestions in this post that you could try:
Tq for your replies. I am happy the color has come back. There was one of those features that I had accidentally switch to ON. I have gone to every related sections and turned them off eg. sleep mode etc...
